1. Who we are
THE VERSE VOYAGER S.R.L., a company registered in Bucharest, Romania (CUI: 54415570, Reg. No. J2026022185002), registered office at Str. Pitar Moș 27, Et. 5, Ap. 17, Sector 1, București, operates this shop at shop.theversevoyager.com (the “Shop”). These Terms and Conditions govern every purchase made through the Shop. 2. Acceptance of these terms
By placing an order through the Shop, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Delivery Policy, and our Refund and Returns Policy. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please don’t place an order.
3. Who can order
The Shop is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old, or who are placing an order with the consent of a parent or guardian. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.
4. Products and pricing
We do our best to describe and photograph every product accurately, but small variations in colour or fabric texture can occur between what you see on screen and the finished piece. All prices on the Shop are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown at checkout before you complete your order, see our Delivery Policy for details. If we discover a pricing or listing error, even after you’ve placed an order, we’ll contact you before proceeding, and you’re free to cancel.
5. Placing an order
Adding a product to your cart isn’t a binding order. Your order becomes binding once you complete checkout and we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example, in cases of suspected fraud, a pricing error, or an item turning out to be out of stock. If that happens, we’ll let you know and refund any payment already taken in full.
6. Payment
Payment is processed securely through Stripe at checkout. We don’t store your card details ourselves. Once payment is confirmed, we’ll send you an order confirmation by email.
7. Delivery
See our Delivery Policy for the regions we ship to, delivery timeframes, and shipping costs. Ownership and risk in the products pass to you once your order is delivered to the address you provided.
8. Right of withdrawal, returns, and refunds
If you’re ordering as a consumer within the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, along with further return and refund terms, set out in full in our Refund and Returns Policy.
9. Product conformity
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or doesn’t match its description, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the EU’s legal guarantee of conformity (Directive (EU) 2019/771), in addition to the return rights described above. Our Refund and Returns Policy explains how to report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
10. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, photography, and text on the Shop belong to The Verse Voyager S.R.L. or are used under licence. You’re welcome to enjoy and share what you see here, but you may not reproduce, resell, or use our designs or content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
We aim to keep the Shop running smoothly and reliably, but we can’t guarantee it will always be free of interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Shop. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can’t be excluded under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Force majeure
We won’t be held responsible for delays or failures in meeting our obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, or other events of force majeure.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you’re a consumer resident in another EU country, this choice of law doesn’t take away the protections you’re entitled to under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own country of residence.
We’d always rather sort a problem out directly, so please contact us first at contact@theversevoyager.com. If we can’t resolve things between us, consumers in Romania can turn to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, alternative dispute resolution), and consumers elsewhere in the EU can find their national dispute resolution body through the European Commission’s consumer redress directory.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continuing to use the Shop after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
