1. Who we are
THE VERSE VOYAGER S.R.L., a company registered in Bucharest, Romania (CUI: 54415570, Reg. No. J2026022185002), operates shop.theversevoyager.com (the “Shop”). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you place an order in the Shop, why we collect it, and who we share it with — including our printing and fulfillment partner, Printoteca.ro.

2. What data we collect
When you place an order, we collect:
- Identity & contact data: full name, email address, phone number
- Delivery data: shipping address (and billing address, if different)
- Order data: products purchased, order value, order history
- Payment data: processed directly by Stripe — we do not store your card details ourselves
- Account data (if you create one): login email, order history
- Technical data: IP address (anonymized), browser type, pages visited, via Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel (only with cookie consent)

4. Who we share your data with
We share personal data only where necessary to run the Shop and fulfill your order:
Printoteca.ro (printing and order fulfillment).
To print and deliver the physical products you order, we share your name, delivery address, phone number and email address with Printoteca.ro (operated by We Are Mono SRL, Romania). Printoteca prints your order and ships it directly to you using this information. Printoteca processes this data under its own privacy policy, available at printoteca.ro/privacy-policy, which we encourage you to review. We invoice you directly for your order — Printoteca does not bill you or hold your payment details.
Other recipients:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Hostinger — website hosting
- WooCommerce / Automattic — shop platform infrastructure
- Google (Analytics) and Meta (Pixel) — analytics and advertising, only with cookie consent
- GetResponse — sends order-related and marketing emails for the Shop
We do not sell your personal data. Data is only shared with the recipients above, each under a data processing agreement or another appropriate legal basis.
5. International data transfers
Printoteca.ro / We Are Mono SRL is based in Romania, so no international transfer safeguards are needed for that transfer. Where other processors (e.g., Stripe, Google) are based outside the EU/EEA, transfers are protected under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses as approved by Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914.
6. How long we keep your data
- Order and delivery data: for the duration needed to fulfill and support your order, then archived with your invoice
- Invoices and fiscal records: 5 years (legal requirement, per Romanian Accounting Law 82/1991 as amended by Law 36/2023)
- Marketing email data: until you unsubscribe, plus 30 days
- Server/analytics logs: 90 days
- Cookie consent records: 3 years
7. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15)
- Correct inaccurate data (Art. 16)
- Request erasure (“right to be forgotten”) (Art. 17)
- Restrict processing (Art. 18)
- Receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20)
- Object to processing (Art. 21)
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing (Art. 7(3))
- Lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP (the Romanian data protection authority)
To exercise any of these rights, contact contact@theversevoyager.com. We respond within 30 days.
Because printing and delivery are carried out by Printoteca once your order is placed, a request to delete or access delivery data may also need to be directed to Printoteca directly for the portion of processing they carry out — we’ll help coordinate this if you contact us.
8. Security
We use HTTPS encryption, access controls, and secure payment processing via Stripe. Order and delivery data shared with Printoteca is transmitted securely.
9. Children
The Shop is not directed at individuals under 18. If we discover we’ve collected data from a minor without appropriate consent, we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
