1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, without needing to justify your decision.
To withdraw from your purchase, contact us at contact@theversevoyager.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and which item(s) you’re returning. We’ll arrange for a courier to collect the package directly from the delivery address — you don’t need to find a drop-off point or pack it yourself to a specific address; just have it ready and we’ll handle the rest.
2. Condition of returned items
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with any tags attached. You’re welcome to try items on or inspect them the way you would in a store, but items showing signs of wear, washing, or use can’t be accepted for a refund.
3. Return shipping cost
Return shipping is your responsibility. The cost of the courier pickup is deducted from your refund amount.
4. Refunds
Once we’ve received and checked the returned item, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days. You’ll get an email once it’s processed.
5. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, this isn’t treated as a standard return — contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the defect. We’ll cover the full cost of a replacement or refund; nothing is deducted from what you paid.
