1. Where we deliver
We currently ship to Romania and the European Union.
2. Delivery times
Romania: orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days of purchase.
European Union: orders are typically delivered within 4–12 business days of purchase.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping is charged as a flat fee, shown at checkout before you complete your order.
4. Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
5. Changing your delivery address
If you need to update your delivery address, contact us at contact@theversevoyager.com as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
6. Delayed or missing packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within 14 days (Romania) or 30 days (EU) of your order date, contact us at contact@theversevoyager.com with your order number and we’ll look into it.
7. Failed or refused deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails because of an incorrect address or is refused at the door, additional shipping costs to redeliver or return the package may apply.
